It is the beginning of a new calendar year - an excellent time to talk about starting a journal. Journals can be dedicated to many purposes - what I am talking about here is creating a living picture, in words, of the coming year as you live it. In the previous post I introduced to you the tarot equivalent of Robert Dilts’ Logical Levels Model – a tarot spread I created and imaginatively titled The Logical Levels Tarot Spread! It brought together two powerful systems to help you understand yourself better, where you are in yourself, in your life and in relation to your goals and desires. It went down quite a storm with contact with many of my fellow tarot readers on the post itself, on Twitter and Facebook.
Anyone who is familiar with NLP will also likely be familiar with the Logical Levels model. This model, made popular by Robert Dilts, looks at how a person can make changes to their goals, life and dreams by examining 6 levels, or predefined areas that Dilts believes need to be congruent, or in alignment with each other for a person to be able to fulfill their desires and goals.
